The midterm will be held in class on Tuesday, October 21. It will be closed book/notes/computer. A study guide will be posted here.
Suggested options for the final project will be posted here. Projects will be done individually unless the class gets much bigger. I might add more later, and if you have something else you’d like to work on we can talk about whether it would be appropriate for this class.

We will have final project presentations in the last week of class (December 9 and December 11), and the writeup for the final will be due on the date that the final exam would have been (Tuesday, December 16). Guidelines for the presentation and writeup will be posted here.
